Turn on your Muse

Go to Alpha Training, set the number of minutes you want to meditate.

Click on the person heart icon in the center
-
You should see a Bluetooth icon with your Muse above it. Click on the Muse device words, and you should see it connecting and a band will appear with 4 sensors indicated with colors of blue and orange.

Now click on the person heart icon at the bottom of the screen and you should see the synchrony training beginning...indicated by "meditating..." and counting down and you should be good to go.

Synchrony is indicated by sound when you hear different tones and see the blue change to orange (indicating alpha synchrony in the bands).
